Old Fashioned Pound Cake...One pound at a time!

I made a pound cake and forgot to take a pic of the final product. Ugh. But trust me it was sooo good. I ate a lot of it. It was so good with coffee the next day. I don't know if it was better on day two because it sat overnight or was it the coffee. This recipe wAs easy easy. 

I read something recently about pound cake. A pound of butter a pound of eggs. A pound of sugar. And a pound of flour. That's a pound cake. Who knew?
