These Cookies are amazing. I heard about them at work from a few of my friends. The recipe came from Stork Bites Volume 2. I put them on my recipe point calculator. They are 2 points each for Weight Watchers.
Yummy!Makes 24 Cookies.
~Recipe~
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa ( I use callebut)
3 egg whites
1 tsp espresso powder (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Blend together in a bowl. This will be sticky. Scoop with a 1 tsp cookie scoop and place on parchement paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool on pan. They will be shiny and crack on top. These cookies will satisfy the chocolate craving you have for sure. And they are kind of healthy....sort of! =) Enjoy!!
I just made these, they are so easy to make and taste delicious! Also, I love the one bowl prep! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThese are great! My kids named them Hot Chocholate cookies, which is quite accurate because that's what they taste like. Next time I'm gonna add half a jumbo marshmallow on top while they bake and see how that turns out.
ReplyDeleteMine just came out of the oven. I can tell you they smell heavenly!
