Artichoke Salad

Fresh Lemon Basil Vinaigrette
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 clove garlic minced
3/4 tsp. salt
pinch of fresh grated pepper
2 Tablespoons of chopped basil

Whisk or shake prior to serving.
