Stuff this cheese in mini raw peppers, on a cracker, in a mushroom and bake or scoop it up with raw veggies. It is delicious! And colorful!
~RECIPE~
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2/3 cup Boursin Cheese Spread
2 teaspoons dried cranberries, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons green onions , thinly sliced
Place cheese in a bowl to soften. Chop cranberries and walnuts; slice green onions. Stir all three into the cheese until well blended.
Roll into a ball and roll in dried parsley. (optional)
