Pumpkin Snickerdoodles

This recipe is tweaked from my moms original Snickerdoodle recipe. To make them all pumpkin and fall like. 
Moms recipe just needed some extra spicing up. 

Here's the recipe. 
Preheat oven to 350

1 cup butter 
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp cream of tartar 
1 tsp soda 
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger 
1 tsp cloves 
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Cream butter and sugars. 
Add eggs. 
Whip until creamy. 
Add dry ingredients. Spices etc. 
Then add flour. Mix. 
Use cookie scoop to form into balls. 
Toss dough in a cinnamon sugar mixture. 
Approx 1 Tbsp cinnamon to 1 cup sugar.
 Place on cookie sheet with parchment. 
Bake 350 degrees for 14 minutes.
