After Workout Protein Smoothie

Handful of  fresh Strawberries or Blueberries or Blackberries
8 ounces of Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon Flax Meal
Ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (i use Jillian Michaels Whey Protein Powder)
