Blue Cheese Dressing **Healthy???

Can it be healthy really? Well my Weight Watchers recipe builder gives it 1 point with substituting Non Fat Greek Yogurt  Sour Cream. Using Low Fat Heart Healthy Mayo instead of regular Mayo. It can definitely be less bad for you. You can eat it on veggies and not feel deprived.
