So we bought the potatoes. And early Saturday morning got started.
We cut the potatoes thin on the mandolin.
He put them on a sheet pan. Single layer.
He then cut small chunks of butter and placed one chunk on each potato.
He sprinkled then with kosher salt.
Preheated the oven to 350 degrees.
Baked chips for approx. 30 minutes until brown and crispy.
They were sooo good!!
